Interface Design for Enterprise Mail Application




Yesmail are a leader in email marketing. Their powerful application is used by clients like HP, Officemax and Hotwire.

After acquiring ClickAction, a competitor with similar software, they wanted to bring the user experience of the ClickAction software in line with existing Yesmail products. They commissioned Manmade to redesign the interface for the applications.

We worked with the CTO and developers at Yesmail to define a solution that would be both quick to implement and familiar to the existing user base. The two mail marketing applications now share the same tab-based interface — reducing the learning curve as customers migrate between products. The new interface loads faster and is easier for Yesmail team to update.

Both applications are now clearly branded as siblings in the Yesmail product family.
